📦 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if:

✅ The wrong product was delivered

✅ The product is unused and in its original packaging

We do not accept returns if:

❌ The product has been used or damaged by the customer

❌ The return request is made after 7 days of delivery

❌ The product is not in its original condition

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
